Following a career in marketing and general management for blue chip Consumer companies (General Foods/Kraft, Coca-Cola, Campbell Soup, Danone), I joined Spencer Stuart in 2006. In my current role, I advise CEOs, CHROs, board directors and private equity investors on their most important leadership challenges and opportunities. I am also passionate about discovering and developing top executives to advance and thrive. My expertise includes Board and CEO succession and search, and the People, Organization, and Culture aspects of M&A integration. I bring to every client mandate a uniquely informed view as a former operating executive in the consumer industry, and a leadership advisor and executive search Partner at Spencer Stuart. Within the firm, I have served in various leadership roles, including Head of Americas Region (NA & LatAm), Consumer Global Practice Leader, and member of the firm’s Nominating Committee to evaluate principal and partner promotions.
