I represent debtors, creditors, trustees, examiners, fiduciaries, and corporations in a variety of bankruptcy and litigation proceedings in banking, commercial, contractual, internet, technology, energy, retail and wholesale, health care, music and recording industry, real estate, and mass tort matters. I have also represented fiduciaries in trust indenture disputes and has defended financial institutions in check fraud and UCC-based disputes. He has extensive experience in all phases of significant litigation, including multi-party litigation, from pre-trial planning and discovery through trial and appeal. I am also part of the core group of attorneys that conducts legal audits and forensic inquiries in connection with internal corporate investigations. I have successfully prosecuted and defended numerous fraudulent transfer and preference cases at trial, several of which have been affirmed in the appellate courts.
