Customer Quality Manager
CurrentField Quality Voice of Customer to help earn our customer’s loyalty through delivery of flawless solutions. Enabled Zebra Technologies to become customer’s Trusted Partner and ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest levels. Work with Zebra Technologies three operational pillars: Field Ops, Product Ops and Supply Chain. Act as Escalation point to Project Manage resources to determine root cause, and implement corrective actions using Drill Deep and Wide techniques. Partner with Regional Leaders, AVPs, and Sales/Services managers strategically to help strengthen relationships between Zebra, customers and channel partners. Drive down Total Cost of Poor Quality and wasted GTM capacity.
