Duties included permit processing, purchasing, consultant and construction management for a $50M project that includes 90 residential lots and an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Golf Course that is part of the company’s Lake Sherwood Development.• Saved the project approximately $120,000 in without a schedule impact when an unforeseen geologic condition threatened to cause the loss of a golf hole.• Implemented new procedures and created new contracts for the grading, infrastructure installation and paving for the project.• Successful redesign, permit approval, construction and start up when a sewer lift station was moved within 100-yards of Lake Sherwood after construction commenced.
