Scope includes 650 VAV boxes, 40 water-source heat pumps, type 1 and 2 exhaust ventilation, natural gas lines and connections, domestic hot and cold water, waste, and vent.

McKinstry’s scope included HVAC and plumbing for this GMAX project consisting of 2 buildings and 725,000 SF. The project was targeting LEED® Gold.
