From January to April 2018, my two student colleagues and myself were actively involved with Smith Bits, a Schlumberger company, for the duration of our fourth and final semester at SAIT.This project entails data mining 62 Smith Bit records from 156mm bits drilling 28 lateral sections of the Montney shale. Eng., the Chair of the Petroleum Engineering Program at SAIT, as part of a promotional video to showcase the PT program in December 2017, and speak to my SAIT experience.
