• Management of Major Applications and Infrastructure Technology Projects:• Led server reduction project for several credit applications resulting in $200K per month in savings, in addition to management of end-to-end hardware migration from server builds to tracking of testing for Windows to Linux conversion of 100+ credit application servers.• Managed large scale migration projects related to Jira through Kanban boards and customized dashboards/components as well as Windows and Red Hat migrations for credit and muni applications through management of servers in scope, server builds, server handover, and application testing.• Directed capacity management planning process and removal of internal charges for fixed income applications to be decommissioned through review and remediation collaboration with infrastructure teams resulting in new KOPs and savings of $300K+ annually. • Additional Key Accomplishments:• Conducted disaster recovery and application resiliency tests for multiple credit and muni applications to ensure operation in DR environments through requests for application failover, coordination of failover and failback tests, and failback to production, while publishing results.• Provided one-on-one staff training and tutorials on new ITSM change management system. • Managed security access review to identify non-interactive service accounts for application use only through application owner interviews, data management, and generation of analytical report. • Performed internal review of current job workload and identified two functions capable of automation resulting in time savings of 10 hours per month.
