Executive ProducerTen For Tenn Festival Sep 2010 - Oct 2013The TEN FOR TENN Festival features ten 10-minute plays by emerging Tennessee Playwrights. The TEN FOR TENN's mission is to find and promote new theatrical voices in the state of Tennessee. The TEN FOR TENN Festival is two weeks of performances of ten new 10-minute plays by Tennessee playwrights. Each year has seen a minimum of 75 entries. In the past, the Festival involved the campus of Tennessee Wesleyan College and the community of Athens, Tennessee through the Athens Area Council for the Arts. The TEN FOR TENN now has a new home at TENN ARTS in Chattanooga's Southside Historical District. The next Festival is on the horizon--but TENN ARTS currently is home to Wayne White's Wayne-O-Rama, brought to you by the Shaking Ray Levis Society. Wayne-O-Rama is an immersive art environment celebrating the Chattanooga area and its history and will run until the end of September 2017!

In 2012 I created a program of study for a new BA degree in the Fine Arts with an emphasis in theatre. I produced a between two and three full productions a year, and was responsible for all aspects of production. I served on college and community committees, produced theatre in the local community, and engaged in service, production, and scholarly work in a variety of venues such as the WordBRIDGE Playwrights Lab and the Southeastern Theatre Conference.

I am in charge of directing the training of undergraduate student artists selected to participate in the Lab in a variety of roles. I also oversee the conception, development, rehearsal, and performance of the student artists’ own performance piece that they work on throughout the Lab as well.
