I am responsible for improving the delivery of MYOB projects by implementing and maintaining standardised project management systems. I work closely with Portfolio Leaders to ensure that a consistent project management system is adopted across all delivery service work types. I provide leadership in best practices, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction while minimising administrative burden for all those involved in projects.
