Eric Lundberg joined American Transmission Co. as manager of business development financial services, working to provide financial analysis and structuring to support the expansion of the electric transmission opportunities beyond ATC’s primary service territory in Wisconsin and Michigan. American Transmission Co. was founded in 2001 as the first multi-state, transmission-only utility in the United States. Unlike most other utilities, we have a single focus: transmission.

• Senior finance person responsible for all administrative, facilities, human resources, IT, accounting, tax, and forecasting functions for a solar energy and natural gas power plant developer with active projects in four states.• Performed and developed regional and public power market analysis, financial models, and investor presentations for Agile Energy's solar and natural gas power plant business plan.• Participated in the restructuring of the corporate investment from term sheet through successful completion.

• Responsible for the revenue recognition for software sales, administration, invoicing and collections of contracts for over 4,000 customers in a business unit with almost $300 million in revenue with locations across the U.S., Israel and India.• Participated in the due diligence, acquisition and successful integration of a payments provider.• Successfully consolidated the accounting back office of the company which resulted in decreased headcount, better integration with billing and accounting, improved collection rates, improved customer service, and lower billing error rates.

• Provided consulting services to a solar energy developer including chart of accounts setup, financial processes, HR, IT infrastructure, management and board reporting, tax structuring, and month end close.

AES Puerto Rico, Inc.• Responsible for the compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley Act, cash management, and US GAAP and Dutch GAAP financial reporting for a subsidiary with over $200 million in revenues and nearly $1 billion of debt that includes syndicated bank loans, tax-exempt bonds, and preferred equity.AES Gener, S.A.• Led the development of a financial model for a large international subsidiary. The model served as a basis for the company’s valuation and for the annual budget and multi-year projections that included multiple subsidiaries with a consolidating balance sheet, income statement, and direct and indirect cash flow statements for Chilean and US GAAP.AES Southland, LLC• Member of a three-person team responsible for the compliance, cash management, and financial reporting for 3 power plants totaling over 4,000 MWs in Southern California with combined revenues of over $150 million and $700 million in bank syndicated loans.
