- Emergency Room RN at high-security State Prison- respond to prison yards, cells and common areas for acute trauma and medical patients- stabilize patients and transfer to 9-1-1 Paramedic units and/or local Life Flight helicopter

- Per Diem Flight Paramedic- critical care fixed-wing air ambulance medical transport as part of RN/Paramedic team
