As a Marketing & Comms Manager for MEDIFORMPLUS I can do my bit in the new era of Pharmacy, accompanying restless pharmacists on their way to improving their pharmacy office with just one clear goal: patient/customer satisfaction; and also working side by side with the Pharmaceutical Industry in ad-hoc projects to improve their relationship with the pharmacy.Before, I was lucky enough to spend 6 years in the Marketing Department of Laboratoires Bioderma being directly responsible for all communication with our costumers. There was where I could discover my passion for skin care and cosmetic products.With a Master in Pharmaceutical Marketing and currently attending ThePowerMBA, I have also been a speaker for pharmacists and visiting professor at the University of Seville, as well as having co-written two books on Social Networks and Pharmacy.
