Head Of Digital Product

Current

London Luton Airport, Gb

I owned the end-to-end customer digital experience for easyJet, from booking to post-book and disruption management. I was responsible for the website & mobile apps, the airline’s primary eCommerce channel, driving 80%+ of all airline sales. During my tenure, my team was comprised of 3 areas. 1. Product Management: where I’ve implemented data-based decision-making to deliver measurable value-based output. 2. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), where I instilled a rapid test-and-learn culture to maximise value of deliveries. 3. Content Management, where we utilised digital best practices to produce engaging and converting digital content. Under my leadership, the Digital Product area navigated through the tumultuous COVID period, scaled back and recovered post-COVID, and through our digital touchpoints, delivered the airline’s best financial performance in its 29 year history in FY23.
