Created the Customer Success development and CSM enablement program for Oracle Applications in N. America that trains CSMs on how to partner with live customers on their business goals and targeted improvement areas as they relate to Oracle subscribed solutions with the goal of raising renewal rates and winning advocacy opportunities.

Created and led a new Customer Office for a $500 million dollar business unit for Oracle. This Customer Office provided two primary functions: 1) ensuring that the Oracle customer journey is a successful one, 2) driving additional license sales and product reference evangelism. Duties include: new customer onboarding, upgrade/new implementation risk mitigation and expanding the reference program.

Established and managed a new Upgrade Programs and Technology Office with the goal of moving two legacy installed bases onto current release with significant additional license sales. Responsible for improving the way two Oracle ERP products were implemented and upgraded, included reducing the time required, reducing the cost and headcount required. Defined and executed the go to market strategy for these improved processes, which were delivered by Oracle partners .

Created and led the new "Development Direct" Customer Success Program. Provided proactive, risk-mitigating, high-touch engagements with new customers on their new implementations of Oracle ERP and existing customers with their upgrades to Oracle's current version. Via this deep engagement with hundreds of ERP projects globally, gained a profound understanding of common [and expensive] problems as well as cost saving common denominators with Enterprise IT and ERP implementations.

Started and oversaw a new Systems Integrator Partner Program for an Oracle ERP product line. Identified existing and potential partners, ensured their service delivery was satisfactory, corrected with training and content where necessary. Delivered Oracle ERP system content and functionality updates to partners for training and consulting practice updates. Organized specialized training events for partners. Tracked and ensured partner led implementations were successful.

Ran a North American team of 15 developers and an Indian team of 25 developers.Helped start Oracle's India Development Center with critical planning, team building, aggressive hiring and training of new developers. Responsible for correcting software defects in generally available releases and for designing new ERP software components from requirements.Was replaced by two managers with transition to new role.
