As part of this role, I support and lead several DevOps teams each one looking after a particular list of live applications. I contribute to the full cycle delivery of change requests for our client’s banking engine and customer facing applications

As a DevOps Manager for CX DevOps team, I led a team of developers (Frontend, backend, technical experts and Scrum Master) from near shore and offshore. Together, our main achievement were a new Transactional Mobile App, customer facing portals, migration from customers hard copies forms to online forms.

As consultant, I joined the head office of Attijariwafa Bank (Casablanca - Morocco) in summer 2009 and participated in the technical and functional analysis, management of developers, training for users, management of environments and support for numerous Thaler modules. For this project, I took the lea of the entire parameterization of a banking software (Thaler).

I joined Callataÿ & Wouters as an Junior Consultant after my graduation. I worked for Product Contact Assistance (PC&A, Product department). I was assuring the maintenance of CW products (Thaler and Kyudo) through analysis and development of patches. From June 2008, I was in charge of the maintenance of one of C&W product (Kyudo).
