My career highlights include leadership roles in site analysis, sales representation, permitting, entitlements, and government relations, particularly in luxury resort destinations.I thrive on creating value and enhancing communities through sustainable and innovative development solutions. My portfolio spans hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality results and fostering client satisfaction.Education includes an MBA in real estate and construction from the University of Denver, complemented by undergraduate degrees from Universidad Nacional, Westmont College, and Beijing University. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in German, French, and Mandarin.
