In this role, I contracted to ConvergeOne as a Senior Microsoft Teams Voice Consultant. This role allowed me to deploy voice infrastructure to hundreds of organizations across the globe.

Led the organization’s Teams Rooms Practice which involved building a managed service and room wiring design. Also worked to decommission customer SFB Server environments and migrated multiple customers to Teams for voice.

- Migrated customers from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams for voice and meeting workloads- Developed internal PowerShell scripts

- Maintained a Hosted Teams Direct Routing & Skype for Business Server environment- Assisted with customer tickets- Deployed NetSapiens

- Administered a 7-site network that supported the day-to-day operations of all sites in the US and Mexico. This included Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances (Firewalls), Cisco Layer 3 Switches, Hyper-V Clusters, System Center, and more.- Migrated the entire organization from using Skype for Business Online for meetings to Microsoft Teams. Part of this migration included adding dial-in conferencing for users in the organization to move away from the conference bridges on the older Avaya System.- Administered SaaS services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.- Developed security policies and procedures for internal services.- Designed a new AD OU format, deployed company-wide group policies, and migrated objects to the new OU's.- Deployed custom policies & theme's to Azure AD and the Office 365 portal.- Deployed & managed ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate company-wide.- Developed scripts for and managed the company manufacturing process control system: Mesabi MixVision.- Maintained systems that supported the company ERP System: IFS Applications.- Managed the Internal IT HelpDesk and organized Internal IT documentation into a unique format.- Onboarded and performed a complete IT systems overhaul for the purchase of Kleen Polymers (Wadsworth Site) & Valley Rubber Mixing in terms of the network, servers, computers, printers, and lab equipment.- Deployed Microsoft BitLocker across the organization.- Migrated the legacy MPLS site-to-site connections to E-LAN connections between sites. - Deployed OSPF for dynamic routing at all locations. A backup IKEv2 VPN tunnel was also created on firewalls so that in the event of a ELAN connectivity issue, the VPN tunnel would be used to route internal traffic.- Maintained Citrix XenApp for internal applications.- Migrated the company away from a Server 2003 Domain/Forest functionality level & migrated SYSVOL replication from FRS to DFSR.- Deployed Veeam Backup & Replication.
