Liberty Mutual (Safeco) Insurance Partnered with a diverse set of stakeholders to reduce claim processing time for customers. Assessed need, and developed a product roadmap that smartly married technology investments with business outcomes. Piloted an automated claim tracking solution that allowed customers to view the status of their claim in real time across multiple devices. Museum of Science and Industry Incepted, and piloted the Smart Visit solution for the 1.5 million annual visitors to the Museum. The solution allowed visitors to have a distinctly personalized experience within the Museum and share their experiences across a range of personal devices with friends and family. CNA Insurance Senior technologist within a team that was responsible for scaling the policy underwriting capability through automation. Enlisted by the CIO in the formation of Centegra Health System’s Physician and Patient Digital propositions. Leveraged market competitor analysis, surveys, and focus groups to prioritize features and delivery schedule .
