Eric saw this as an opportunity and started his company, Torque, company after working in the bigger ad agency context (DDB Needham/Leo Burnett). He had a vision for an agency of entrepreneurial minds that integrated both creative and strategic disciplines. And as Torque’s Vision and Executive Creative Director, Eric oversees this integration in all of their campaigns and client relationships, ensuring they are fresh, inspired, engaged and on-brand. His specialty has been breaking rules and innovating in the real estate space.Like his brother and partner, Eric has a degree in Fine Art from U of I Urbana-Champaign and over 24 years of marketing experience. He has combined his skills as an artist, writer and digital creative to foster a “holistic” approach to messaging and marketing.A key passion for Eric is the leading of “brand emergence” in clients and end customers. Emergent Marketing is the shepherding of congruent brand messages that convey genuine value for all parties - a fuller life, greater well being and maximal fulfillment.
