• Provided guidance and leadership of diverse, multi-discipline team that included approximately 60 team members spanning electrical design, mechanical packaging, planning, operations, contract manufacturing, test.

• Led a cross-functional team in the design, development, integration and launch of several missions within the Minotaur launch vehicle family. All missions led were profitable and executed per the customer required.
• PEM for the ground-breaking inaugural mission of the Minotaur IV, a new line of launch vehicles that combines modern avionics, guidance and structural technologies with decommissioned solid rocket motors.

• Led all electrical engineering aspects of Orbital’s flagship program.
• Managed a matrixed team of 40+ electrical engineers with responsibilities encompassing electrical system design, avionics components, cabling, RF subsystems, data review, integration and launch activities.
• Key team member in both flight test and emplacement of operational interceptors.

• Integral team member involved in a wide range of design-to-flight electrical engineering activities for launch vehicle and satellite systems.
