Established and led the team responsible for defining DoorDash's corporate workplace strategy, leveraging data to design consistent and equitable workplaces for all DoorDash employees--no matter where they work--while consistently accounting for the region's local flavors and the team's unique needs.Highlights:• Launched 243,000 square feet of redesigned office space across five North American locations.• Designed and released "DD Connect," our employee workplace experience app (white-label, CXApp), to FTE employees, achieving an 82% engagement rate in the first three months. • Oversaw the development of our corporate workplace analytics data governance; navigated the complexities of sourcing desperate data across four siloed teams, leveraging badge swipe data, Wi-Fi heat mapping, and employee survey results to identify workplace behaviors and patterns observed in support of data-driven decision-making.
