I am in charge of teaching the seminars "Occupational factors associated with depression and wellbeing" (2019-2020; 2020-2021), and "Psychopathology and the RDoC framework : relevance in the workplace and beyond" (2020-2021). I conduct my personal research and occasionally expertise grants for the Swiss National Science Foundation, the French National Research Academy (ARN), and the Medical Research Council (UK). I am an academic editor for PLOS ONE, an associate editor and topic editor for the journal Frontiers in Psychology (section 'Personality and social psychology'). I am in charge of teaching of the seminar-type modules "Personnel retention"​, and "Work engagement, procrastination and workaholism". I supervise the work of students preparing their Master's thesis and am also responsible for the scientific colloquium of our institute. I represent the U of N as Faculty member of the board of the Psychology Doctoral School of French Speaking Switzerland. I hosted the workshops "Embracing the new statistics"​ (2015, 2017), "Multiple comparisons: Contrast analyses" (2015, 2016), and "Science meets practice"​ (2014).

In charge of the research project "Multimodal coordination of simultaneous collaborative tasks" (Funded by the SNSF, PI: A. Bangerter), I investigated how concurrent activities are collaboratively coordinated, with a particular interest in the interplay between audible and visible conduct.

In charge of the research project "Managing disturbances in shift handover meetings" (Funded by the SNSF, PI: E. Mayor), I investigated how registered nurses managed the interactional boundaries of handover meetings, in close collaboration with L. Mondada. I examined how audible and visible conduct allow participants to realize, preserve and repair interactional boundaries during meetings.

In charge of data analysis and research valorization for a study within the research project "Dynamic public perceptions of emerging infectious diseases: A longitudinal study of avian flu" (funded by the SNSF, PI: A. Bangerter), I analyzed interviews and the media for mentions of attributed responsibility for the 2009 swine flu outbreak at its onset, during the pandemic and after. I was first author of the scientific article reporting on the results.

I collaborated on several projects on the management of shared knowledge in interaction through verbal and non verbal resources. I managed the day to day activities of a small team of student-assistants. I presented findings at several conferences.I co-supervised the master theses of four student on the topics of resistance to change in the hospital setting, and personel retenion in hospitals. I co-taught the seminar-type teaching "Language and interactions at work" which focused on organizational information transfer in hospitals (1 semester) and interpersonal interruptions at work (1 semester). I co-taught the course "Qualitative methods" which focused on qualitative research methods such as content analysis, discourse analysis, grounded theory, conversation analysis. I evaluated students' performance for both teachings.
