Key Responsibilities Include: Managing 10+ Employees including hiring, training, and scheduling.Guest satisfaction management.Review financials to determine optimum planning for special releases, events, and to identify trends.Manage tap room calendar & preparation for festivals & events.Support sales in and out of the tap room.Standardize front of house processes & procedures.Ensure food & employee safety standards are met & identify improvement opportunities.Support staff (barback & bartenders) behind the bar as needed, or to fill in.

Manage day to day font of house operations, including managing 5-10 employees including hiring, training, and scheduling.Connect & build relationships with influential industry & community members. Responsible for all sampling for inventory selecting & planning, including field research to identify current trends & popular styles.Generate & analyze reports to ensure budgets and financial goals are met.Inventory selection & pairings for special events – including cellaring special release beers for anniversaries or release parties.Work with distributors & breweries to plan & promote special events.
