CurrentKey Responsibilities Include: Managing 10+ Employees including hiring, training, and scheduling.Guest satisfaction management.Review financials to determine optimum planning for special releases, events, and to identify trends.Manage tap room calendar & preparation for festivals & events.Support sales in and out of the tap room.Standardize front of house processes & procedures.Ensure food & employee safety standards are met & identify improvement opportunities.Support staff (barback & bartenders) behind the bar as needed, or to fill in.
