I am the type of person that will go above and beyond the normal call of duty. When I'm passionate and have my heart in something --- the potential is limitless. When my son was born in 2013 I feel that I needed to step up my game in order to provide the best world for him and my family. Jackson has gone through many struggles so far in his short life being born with a cleft palate and Pierre Robin Syndrome (and possibly Stickler Syndrome once he is tested by a genetics specialist). It was very tough seeing him struggle feeding at birth and then going through a brutal surgery to repair his cleft palate. I say to myself that if he can go through his struggles and come away with a smile then I must find a way to motivate myself through tough times and continue 'onward through the fog.'I'm a huge Notre Dame fan. I also enjoy fishing and hiking. Another passion of mine is the investment world - I follow the stock market and take my retirement planning very seriously. I currently have 1 investment property and would love to add to that in the future. I've started to take an interest in Auction's. You can find me at Traver's Auction almost every Tuesday night. It goes along with my interest in investments as I try to educate myself on the value of high-end collectibles and then try to pick up items here and there for the right price.My wife would rate me as an 'extreme' when it comes down to finances. Since a very young age when I had a paper route - I'd set a budget for my money. I'd say it's a natural ability that I developed on my own and I constantly work at perfecting it. It drives me crazy to have debt so my mind never stops thinking about staying on path and working toward a better future. It would be nice to one day relax and soak up life on the beach or somewhere warm.
