Engaged and managed large groups of children from ages 4-13 by planning daily programming. Developed the children's mountain biking skills, taught proper bike and trail maintenance, communicated with parents, children, and co-workers to address difficult social situations, and responded to emergency first aid situations.

Worked various roles in the tube park. Loaded and unloaded guests safety from the lift. Directed traffic at the top and bottom of the tube lanes to avoid accidents. Ensured all aspects of the tube park were maintained and met safety requirements. Communicated with guests and management in a professional manor during high risk situations.
