The City of Wanneroo is one of Western Australia’s largest and fastest growing local government areas. NBL1 is a semi-professional basketball league in Australia, consisting of South, North, Central, West and East Conferences with both men's and women's competitions. Each conference is run by their respective state governing body, with the league including 72 clubs from across every state and territory.My role as a Sports Commentator is to add to the game by telling a story or adding descriptive analysis to the game taking place, depending on the role in which I'm cast. Performing as either the lead commentator or in the special comments role, I contextualise the ebbs and flows of the game whilst weaving in statistics, humour and enthusiasm to a call which is broadcast in the NBL1 App and the Kayo Sports service.Primarily based as part of the Western Australian NBL1 West league, I was selected to be part if the commentary team for the inaugural NBL1 National Finals Championship game in September 2022 at the State Basketball Centre in Melbourne.

The Department of Transport (DoT) has been operating in its current form since 1 July 2009 when the former Department for Planning and Infrastructure split into three new departments, one of which was DoT.DoT integrates and enhances coordination of the State’s transport operations, regulatory functions, and planning and policy development processes to deliver a diverse range of specialist transport services that benefit and support Western Australians.The role of the Resource Planner is to manage customer contact centre resourcing needs throughreal-time monitoring, reporting and analysis. The primary duties of this role are the forecasting of contact volumes through analysis of previous interactions, shrinkage and overall trends of the centre and using the forecasting date to create rosters for a workforce of 100+ staff members.Additional duties involve facilitation of the training and upskilling of staff in operational roles and processes, the communication in real-time the events of the customer contact centre with various stakeholders, the creation and analysing of reports to highlight trends and patterns in the customer contact centre and assigning resources on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of stakeholders across several business units.

The role of the Customer Service Consultant handles licensing enquiries from customers through telephone and email communication in a professional and helpful manner. Whilst in this role I assisted clients with simple and complex licensing enquiries over the phone and via email, collaborated with multiple departments to provide client solutions and supported new employees through coaching, demonstration and observation.

Experienced in hosting quiz nights, the role also involved keeping the event to the scheduled timing and structure.Other experience includes being an on-air talent (as a host and commentator) for Explosive Professional Wrestling Perth during live and pre-produced segments.

The receptionist must also handle enquiries from existing and potential new members through face-to-face interactions and over the telephone. This role also requires the receptionist to manage purchase at both the point of sale and the account of the till at the opening and closure of the health club.
