Responsible for designing and moving CHICO’s to a new POS system for over 200 stores. The new POS system allowed us to interface directly with the order and replenishment system run on an AS400. Implement wireless Pick system to make picking and packaging product more efficient. This brought a 47% increase in product shipping while at the same time lowering missed pack’s to below 5%. Built a web catalog and e-commerce sales site which added another revenue stream and introduced the brand to new clients. Design and implement a 24/7 help desk. Design and implement a new customer reward program that tracked purchasing trends to be identified and help make decisions in design, color, price, and how many of a particular type of garment to make as well as colors sell best at each store.

Responsible for converging existing HP Aviion Mainframe technology with the convince of PC technology. I conceived, implemented, designed and lead the project team that connected a Doctor’s office to the Hospital to alert them to changes in the patient treatment plan and when treatment milestones have been completed. In order to complete this project I had to demonstrate and understand HIPPA rules and confer with lawyers to ensure the system withstands legal scrutiny, and secure outside testing of the system to ensure its security.I was the Project Manager for the paperless initiative. The goal was to replace all paper documents with a secure, traceable, easy to use software system. Based off my work on the paperless system I conceived, designed, and managed the project team that instituted “Care Card”. This cut the admitting time, and allowed for quicker diagnoses, stopped duplicate testing and was used in marketing to get draw more patients to the hospital due to convenience.
