As an executive team member, Eric has oversight of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Supply & Trade, FRAC Fueling Services, Logistics and Transportation, and Specialty Products (Lubricants).

• Responsible to developing an enterprise wide solution to provide Noble the ability to manage and provide a global exposure view for Credit Risk, Compliance Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Research from a centralized location across all commodities and regions. This will enable end-users to view and explore that data intuitively and turn data into actionable information to help Noble drive better business decisions.• Responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of 50+ projects related to Credit Risk, Compliance, Market Risk, Operational Risk and Research. Project includes development of the in-house collateral/margining system, Risk Engine system selection and implementation, in-house developed PFE model, and other.• Facilitated and led the CORR Steering Committee (tactical projects) and EIP Steering Committee (strategic projects).• Coordinated and managed multiple projects and resources from various locations such as Stamford, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Brazil.• Responsible for Budgeting for all project related to Noble Risk Globally.• Performed systems evaluation for potential consolidation.
