Staff leader in the Gymnasium – responsible for coordinating diverse and inclusive activities for kids ages K-6th grade. Management responsibilities included creating new activities that encouraged participation regardless of skill level, facilitating communication and teamwork amongst the kids, being a role model for good sportsmanship and friendship. Three year member of Keystone volunteer and community service group. In 2009, selected to represent our club at a national conference on “Building Leaders of Tomorrow” in San Francisco, CA. In 2011 & 2012, named manager and head coach for our branch’s RBI baseball team. In 2012, voted “Most Liked Staff Member” by all the children. What I enjoyed the most was creating an environment where kids could grow in talent and confidence.
