Eric M. Fish serves As CLO at the Federation of State Medical Boards. In this role, he serves as a legal advisor to the FSMB President, Senior Management, and the FSMB Board of Directors, ensures FSMB’s compliance with federal and state law in all of the FSMB’s licensing agreements and contracts, protects the legal interests of the FSMB, and manage the organization’s interaction with outside counsel. He also assists in the FSMB's federal and state advocacy efforts, analyzing legislation and consulting on the development of model policies for state medical boards.
