Sheri and I joined Jet Health in 2017 with both All State Home Health and Agape Care. Jet Health is a great organization with Jim Glynn as the CEO and many great people in the company. We have now moved on from Jet Health as it is obvious they have the expertise and ability to manage All State Home Health and Agape Care and continue to provide excellent client service and exemplary care as we have always strived to do. I want to thank the employees of both companies who were part of the team during our tenure as they are the ones who made both organizations special. The current management and employees give us great comfort that the clients/patients are in great hands. We have spent the summer traveling, visiting family, and completing projects. I am not sure I am ready to retire therefore my comment, "Interviewing for Retirement". More to come.

We purchased a personal care home health agency on the Western Slope of Colorado. Agape Care is an existing business which provides exclusively personal care in the client's home. We look forward to continuing the excellent service this agency has provided for the previous 10 years.

Sheri and I purchased All State Home Health where we have a staff of healthcare professionals including Nursing (RN, LPN, CNA), Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Social Work that provide skilled care for homebound clients. Additionally we have a segment of the business that provides personal care for individuals that need assitance with their Activities of Daily Living to allow them to continue to live safely at home. We are licensed in the State of Colorado, Medicare and Medicaid Certified, acept private pay, and many insurances.

I was responsible for finding, evaluating, and acquiring veterinary clinics for NVA to purchase. My territory was the lower 48 states and I traveled regularly to present NVA to acquisition candidates. I worked with attorneys, accountants, sellers, sellers representatives, and our management team to complete transactions.

Responsible for operations of multi-site, company owned, veterinary clinics around the country. Sucessful at growing revenue and EBITDA. During my employment I operated 50 differnt NVA clinics and was responsible for 35 clinics in 9 states at one time. Clinic management reported directly to me and I reported to the COO.
