Current• Providing on site IT support across this secondary school, supporting pupils, staff and leadership teams with both hardware and software issues in a classroom setting.• Maintaining all aspects of the school’s ICT infrastructure and providing technical support, training and guidance to all school service users.• Dealing with incoming incidents in a professional, courteous manner face to face and over the phone.• Problem management and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity. • Maintenance of server and internet services.• Desktop deployment of pcs and software etc. • Performing hardware repairs when needed. • Setting up IT display and sound equipment. • Maintaining asset logs of equipment and other records.• Responding to a broad range of general IT queries.
