Upon graduating with my computer science degree I was hired into a full time software development position as part of the EMC VNXe platform services team.In 2010 myself and a good friend co-founded TheClunkerJunker.com, a simple and fast way to sell used and junk cars nationwide! Our core focus is providing the highest offers for junk and used cars through one of the most technologically advanced platforms in the industry, while providing world class support and customer service as a cherry on top.Specialties: Search engine optimization, business process automation, UNIX, Perl, BASH, PHP, Postgres, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Ruby [on Rails].

I started TheClunkerJunker.com back in 2010 as a simple "affiliate marketing" site. In 2011, I brought on my business partner to help with marketing and SEO. In January of 2013 we evolved the site from an affiliate site to a full scale business that is growing rapidly.I personally handle all technical aspects of the business including front end web design, backend infrastructure, and search engine optimization. My amazing wife Valerie handles day to day operations including partner relationships, employee management, and business development.

A member of the VNXe software upgrade team. Our team is responsible for developing and supporting the software upgrade feature of EMC's VNXe product line. VNXe software upgrades utilize the product's high availability and failover capabilities to update the system software with no downtime to applications utilizing the storage system.Day to day activities include developing large scale Perl and bash applications, tracking and planning work using Agile methodologies, and coordinating across feature teams to ensure upgradability of each component in the product.

Created graphics for leather motorcycle/racing jackets and other leather apparel. Photography/image work done in Adobe photoshop, and vector graphics in Corel Draw. Vectorized logos, lettering and other graphics to be cut on on a computerized "water jet" cutting machine. The leather graphics were then arranged on the jacket, and sent to the stitcher to be stitched on.

Created engineering drawings based on lead civil engineer's specifications. Made revisions to existing drawings and went into the field to assist lead engineer in taking measurements and creating preliminary drawings. All drawings done in Autodesk AutoCAD.
