Responsible for creating 3D models (advanced surfacing) and 2D drawings for all projects. Communicated directly with global supply chain and contract manufacturers on a weekly basis for DFM, tool troubleshooting, design verification testing, and BOM alignment. Developed and conducted extensive verification testing during all stages of product development.Lead remote engineer for newly launched custom-artwork water bottle facility; coordinated manufacturing line, QC acceptance criteria, and SOP implementation for both digital printing and laser etching operations.Experienced with silicone design; utilized rapid prototyping and quick-turn tools to redesign CamelBak's flagship silicone bite valve (patent awarded).
