Installing, configuring, managing, and maintaining all application and infrastructure servers. Responsibilities also included maintenance of full network documentation, security policy implementation, system backup and recovery, development and implementation of disaster recovery plans, and issue reporting and escalation procedures. Developed expert knowledge of Active Directory fundamentals and extensive principle usage applications. Assisted Network and System Administrators in backup, restoration, integration, and all other detailed administration tasks of an Active Directory environment. Determines source of problems by reviewing procedures and actions taken by customer, gathering information regarding the customer's technical operating environment, and instructing customer to perform diagnostic procedures. Resolves problems by researching product knowledge references, recreating parallel lab scenarios, consulting co-workers and testing potential workarounds to determine and provide the best solution to the customer, expediting correction or adjustment through Engineering, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintains database of issues and resolutions by documenting all customer problems and requests, providing Engineering with problem reports, and submitting product suggestions.
