About Eric Mounts

I've been in the hearing health industry for 30 years. First as a technician, gaining invaluable knowledge of fundamental technology (and practical skills from seeing how technology provides a better hearing experience if fit properly) and how variances in technology, testing and fitting techniques impact success in hearing loss treatment and overall patient satisfaction. I was distressed by the level of patient care and attention available, which is exacerbated by the difficulty in assessing the level of care one receives. Our first clinic founded in 1994, for the sole purpose of focusing on patient's needs. Hearing loss has a profound (negative) impact on those afflicted, but also on their loved ones. It touches every facet of life, health, mental well being and every interaction and relationship. Effective treatment can profoundly change this.
