As President and CEO, I take care of people. Whether internal or external to the company, relationships guide the day to day decisions and direction I take. My job is to work with great people and to oversee and manage the technical development of construction documents to ensure project design concepts are realized. That's a mouthful. In simple terms: I make sure promises we make to our clients are kept. Every day. All day. Certainly, I work with engineers and other trades to coordinate fantastic technical documents, and there is immense coordination of teams and the marshaling of resources and manpower to complete a design project. I am responsible for creating a seamless environment where the development and production of construction documents communicates the objectives to the client. Still, if you want to know the essence of every decision - it is relationships and promises. I take care of people. Those who are clients, AND those who work for and with me.Most days it is that simple.
