As the Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Bancorp, the holding company of EagleBank, I oversee the financial and operational performance of one of the largest community banks in the Mid-Atlantic region. I have more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry, spanning financial management, corporate strategy, investor relations, and risk management.I joined Eagle Bancorp in September 2023, after serving as the EVP and CFO of Equity Bank, where I was responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Operations teams. I led the bank's efforts to optimize its capital structure, enhance its interest rate risk management, and improve its financial reporting and analytics capabilities. I also contributed to the bank's growth strategy, which resulted in several successful acquisitions and expansions. Prior to that, I was the CFO of United Bank, a $7.3 billion community bank that was acquired by a larger regional bank in 2019. I have a MS in Business Analytics from Northeastern University and a CFA designation.
