Eric Niziolek is an Analyst for Integra Realty Resources (IRR) Tampa Bay and has seven years of commercial and real estate experience. He began his career with IRR as a researcher in 2017 and received his Florida Registered Trainee Appraiser certificate in 2019. Since 2019, Eric has appraised a variety of general commercial real estate property types including, but not limited to: professional office buildings, medical office facilities, dental offices, office condominiums, freestanding retail, retail strip centers, mixed-use buildings, single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, storage warehouses, light and heavy industrial properties, flex industrial properties, multifamily and vacant commercial land. He has conducted valuations and market rent studies on existing, proposed and properties under active renovations. Eric specializes in special use properties including churches, religious facilities, community centers, funeral homes, charter schools and educational properties. Along with his special use work, he has appraised more than 15 self-service/tunnel car washes throughout the State of Florida. Eric’s practice also includes a specialization in veterinary clinics, animal hospitals and pet resorts, having appraised more than 25 throughout the State of Florida.
