Ensures effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting to enhance the decision making process of the Top Management. Job Duties: • Prepares monthly Financial Statements; Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows. • Analyzes Financial Statements and discusses Financial Highlights with Business Manager. • Prepares monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Daily Cash Position Report, reconciles payables and processing check payments to suppliers, Aging Schedules of Receivables, Fixed Assets Count and Fixed Assets Reconciliation Report. • Prepares and submits BIR required reports: Withholding Tax on Compensation (1601-C), Expanded (1601-E) and Monthly Alphalist of Payees (MAP), Monthly & Quarterly VAT (2550M & 2550Q), Quarterly Summary of Sales and Purchases, Monthly Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) and other BIR Returns/Reports. • Other Financial Reports as requested by the Top Management.

Works closely with and supports the Finance Head in recording and retrieving financial details of the company including maintaining financial records, processing payments, preparing government required reports and remittances. Job Duties: • Prepares and submits Monthly Inventory Count and Monthly Inventory Reconciliation Reports. • Prepares and submits Monthly Fixed Assets Count and Monthly Fixed Assets Reconciliation. • Reconciles receivables and payables and sends Statement of Account to customers and processing check payments to suppliers. • Ensures proper documentation of all financial data (matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices). • Encodes Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices and other financial data into the accounting system (Peachtree Accounting System). • Assists in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, reports and correspondence as required. • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Prepares and analyzes monthly Departmental Actual Financial Reports (Departmental Profit & Loss Statement and Departmental Statement of Condition) of the Bank’s responsibility centers to assist management in the performance rating/evaluation of these units and to provide information for use in the budgeting process. Job Duties: • Maintains and updates monthly database file in the unit’s Excel-based customized system. • Gathers necessary input data from various units and encodes these data in the MIS system. • Reconciles MIS system figures against Accounting Division’s reported figures. • Prepares Loans-End Summary Report and Loan Loss Reserves Allocation. • Prepares Quarterly Capital Expenditures Report. • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
