Worked closely with owner and subcontractors to remodel and setup bar & restaurant space over a 12 month period, hired and coordinated with bar manager, setup and managed the following: Toast point-of-sale system, payroll, security cameras, audio & video systems, CO2 for soda and beer, telephone systems, Internet & wifi routers, email accounts, distributors and vendors, keys & locks. Duties often involve problem solving regarding repairs and resolving staffing issues.

Our latest projects include a digital filing cabinet with brains called Detailery.com, synth modules leveraging deep learning called BiggerBrainModules, music production & label development under the imprint of Ubangi Records, and a regional magazine called Chico Magazine. Shelved projects include awardwatcher.com, placepinner.com, the Chico User's Guide - a 356-page printed guidebook published in 2006, a desktop gimbal-based astral object tracker called the Galactic Pointer, and a low-cost entry level motion-control camera crane for stop-motion enthusiasts called the StopMoco Crane.

Maintained the e-commerce site, Emporium.com, in a telework setting. Duties included coordinating with team members using Mantis and Dropbox, maintaining a PHP codebase in the Code Igniter MVC framework, HTML, CSS, and javascript.

The experience of publishing a regional guidebook for the Chico area called The Chico User's Guide put my background as a digital pre-press technician at Paradise Post Printing, and as a designer, to good use. This 356-page publication was developed using QuarkXpress, Photoshop and Illustrator. 875 color pictures were assembled from my own photo collection and from the Special Collections of the Meriam Library. As an audio technician, I was responsible for setup and monitoring of concert sound reinforcement and archival recordings.

As a member of the Screen Extras Guild, I worked in the film industry as a background actor for such productions as Highway To Heaven, Max Headroom, Falcon Crest, and the movie, Crossroads. I worked with film production crews on locations and at film studios such as Burbank Studios, Paramount Studios, and Lorimar Studios.
