As asset manager, CICM ensures the regulatory compliance of its properties, evaluates the financial performance of the properties, and reports to lenders, investors and regulatory agencies. CICM works in conjunction with ConAm Management Corporation who professionally manages and staffs the Chelsea properties.Eric began his professional career at Ernst & Young (Big 4 accounting firm) and most recently served as Finance Director for Southwest Value Partners (SWVP).SWVP is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment firm and the developer of Nashville Yards, Amazon’s Operations Center of Excellence towers and the Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel.Eric graduated with honors from San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration; he also holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Virginia.Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and real estate broker.
