While working as the Inventory Merchandising supervisor at Best Buy I have conducted a wide variety of managerial tasks. These include motivating staff, opening and closing the store, assisting customers, conducting sales over the phone and internet, operating cash registers, and balancing the cash drawers at the end of the day. I also supervise, coach and train cashiers, customer service employees, sales staff and other Best Buy employees

I am responsible for ART 1610 Beginning Jewelry and ART 1611 Advanced Jewelry at the OCC Orchard Ridge Campus. I prepare projects to further the education of students in my field. I also maintain the studio and supplies. I am responsible for fixing or replacing tools within the studio. I also make suggestions for additional equipment. In my tenure at OCC I have transformed a very basic metals studio into a respectable studio for beginning and advanced jewelers alike. Comparable if not better than many universities.
