I am the founder and CEO of Beyond Exercise, a physical therapy and fitness business that integrates a multidisciplinary team of specialists for rehab, injury prevention, and athlete performance. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2002 and have been practicing physical therapy for 22+ years. I opened Beyond Exercise in 2011 in order to provide physical therapy services in a personalized and more deliberate manner. Since the humble beginning of operating as a solopreneur, I have grown the Beyond Exercise team to include several physical therapists, personal trainers, Pilates instructors, massage therapy, female health coaching, and a biomechanics lab.I am also the personal physical therapist and athlete development coach for local MLS, MLS Next, and MLS academy players.
