CurrentServing as technical lead for implementation of event peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising tools and web presences for Walk to End Alzheimer’s, The Longest Day, Blondes vs. Brunettes (RivALZ), Alz Stars, and other constituent events. Recommending new concepts, technologies, and strategies to drive higher conversion rates and higher revenue within these programs.Serving as key stakeholder for Convio/Blackbaud engagement, working with IT, eStrategy, Constituent Events, Advocacy and Direct Marketing teams to make key decisions, and manage a roadmap for upcoming projects.Managing technical services engagements and implementation resources with outside vendors.Leading technical implementation of new fundraising tools, including personalized fundraising videos and Text-to-Give mobile donations.Innovating and developing new tools and technologies to improve the ways in which supporters engage with Alzheimer’s Association events.Implementing Coaching Emails and National Email Campaigns for Walk and The Longest Day.Serving as escalation point for helpdesk support.Leading website quality assurance testing for all new projects.Coaching both training and support staff on new technologies and features.Providing advanced training opportunities to select chapter and national staff.
