As a Clinical Recruiter at Community Health Systems (CHS), I manage all recruiting and marketing functions for Registered Nurses across multiple locations in Northwest Arkansas. I implement strategies to accelerate hiring processes, adhering to strict deadlines while drawing in high-performing, accomplished candidates. My passion for healthcare stems from my previous experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, where I provided life-saving care and transport to patients in emergency situations. I leveraged my professional communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with other first responders and medical staff. Throughout my career, I also gained proficiency in Oracle, Ultipro, ICIMs and Smasfly. All leading ATS/CRMs. I am looking to continue to expand my knowledge and experience within the healthcare field.
