I gravitate towards the intersection of organizational design and software.As COO of REM Medical, I led the development of a patient experience platform across 25 sleep clinics, supporting 140,000 patients nationwide and achieving a 79% adherence rate to sleep apnea treatment plans—the highest in the country—alongside a 99th percentile ranking in customer satisfaction (Press Ganey). As CEO of Amplify Health, I co-developed a high-performance primary care model that targeted high-risk patients who drive 80% of U.S. healthcare costs. Harvard, Johns Hopkins and others evaluated our results, which showed a 40% decrease in hospitalizations and a 12-20% reduction in total healthcare spending.As CEO of Stride Services, I doubled the productivity of our team by pioneering a "configure, not code" approach to bookkeeping. We reduced average monthly unique tasks per bookkeeper from 3,000 to 260, built a data warehouse that tracked over 100 quality metrics daily, and reduced accounting error rate by nearly 90%. When I’m working on a personal project, I’m likely creating something unique, whether it’s a fairytale puzzle book to propose to my wife, a remote-controlled treat dispenser for our dog, the latest iteration of a hydroponic garden, or even a custom-built Sprinter van. Some of these projects have garnered millions of views on sites like YouTube, Huffington Post and Reddit. Aside from hobbies, I also enjoy endurance sports and adventure traveling. I've completed two Ironmans, many half Ironmans, two 24 hour Mountain bike races, and a 3,500 self supported bicycle ride across the country. My wife and I have recently traveled the coast to coast in our custom built Sprinter Van.
