- Providing managed IT services to a wide array of clients.- Manage Symantec Backup Exec and Symantec Endpoint Protection, including Virus scanning and removal, firewall settings, backup/restore services. - Troubleshoot, configure and maintain RAS profiles and connectivity issues as well as perform software updates.- Based on my displayed proficiency, my role was expanded to include management of network account extensions and deletions, as well as other Active Directory functions- Extensive knowledge of configuring and repairing/rebuilding Outlook profiles- Perform proactive monitoring of network devices via N-Central Remote Monitoring. - Performed service and repair of IBM POS systems and associated register PC’s, as well as replacement/repair of faulty LCD panels.- Performed service and repair of network servers, including memory replacement, tape drives, optical drives and physical disks for various IBM models such as the x3500/3550, x3650 and x3850.- Performed server rebuilds when required.- Performed the service and repair of various printers, including the replacement of rollers, fusers and other internal parts. Performed troubleshooting of connectivity for various print protocols including standard Windows printing as well as LPR/LPD. Performed configuration and maintenance of all printer settings.- Performed service and repair of Symbol Network scanners, including first time setup, network/wireless configurations, screen maintenance/replacement and operating system loads/upgrades.

- Responsible for all Windows Server 2003-based file servers- Responsible for all production services for Active Directory user and group management, local and AD-based group policies and share/directory/file permissions- Performed patch, hotfix and critical update planning as well as Antivirus signature updates.- Responsible for overseeing release of information for medical records- Ensured that medical records were released to the correct patients, doctors and lawyers in a timely fashion, and ensured all employees followed strict HIPAA guidelines.

- Performed basic technical support for VOIP services, including customer acclimation to those new to VOIP services- Responsible for assisting customers installing their VOIP systems including home network configuration, basic connectivity to their existing network, and analysis of SIP logs to determine root cause of call drops, quality issues and other connectivity issues.
