Wolf’s Covenant church is a historic 258 year old church serving the greater York community. We partner with several local and global outreach programs including: Harvest of Hope Food Pantry, New England Seafarers, Helping Hands (homeless veterans initiative), local prison ministry, various regional missions and support Evangelical Covenant Church missionaries serving in Ecuador. My pastoral responsibilities include:• Leading the spiritual development of church members and guests through biblical preaching and the sharing of sacraments• Crafting and developing all elements of worship necessary for a God focused and faith filled church service • Building deep personal relationships within the congregation, extended families and the greater community. • Providing pastoral counseling, mentoring, prayer, and visitation• Fostering staff development through mentoring & coaching – promoting a safe, team-focused environment.• Offering pastoral leadership & encouragement to volunteers, ministries and activities.• Collaborate with the Leadership Team in discerning God’s plan for the church and its ministries through biblical principles for decision making.• Integrate issues of compassion and justice into worship, ministries, and practice.
