Led the market research for a potential innovative NIL product for the company. Trained and developed vendors in order to strengthen our relationship with our primary customer/partner Aramark.• Worked closely on day-to-day business with the CEO/ Founder Victoria Liu tracking and communicating progress on initiatives and goals against the product road map. Initiating corrective actions and planning when required.• Worked both on B2B and B2C market executions of our product suite. B2B side focused on training users (restaurant employees) and providing technical support for Aramark. B2C side included the execution of marketing plans targeted at college students as well as developing a better user experience through developing a native app. • Ran product roadmap for BYPPO Campus (College grab and go service/ delivery service; Partnered with Aramark).• Heavy focus and responsibility for setting schedule of rollouts to new vendor locations, inclusive of setting intern schedules and checking in with new vendors once they have adopted the software.• Created an in depth-analysis of the emergent NIL space, reached out to multiple local athletes leading to potential early execution and first mover opportunity. Project shelved due to concern of net loss after sponsoring athletes and limited funding. • Focused last half of internship on the improvement of UI for BYPPO Campus, ensuring both the vendors and users had an efficient and enjoyable experience.
